Manage Classifications

Use this page to create classifications for individuals within any group (or your organization as a whole). For example: “Teacher”, “Leader”, “Counselor”, “Assistant”, “Student”. All of these classifications can be accessed by any group within your organization, however, each group may select its own default classification. Assigning a classification as “Primary Leader” or “Secondary Leader” will assist with organization.

To Add a New Classification

From the left toolbar go to
Manage > Classifications

* Click “Add New” button on right
* Type in the name for your new classification
* Click on “Add Classification” or “Cancel”

To Reassign a Classification

Use this option if you are need to remove a classification and re-assign a new classification for all people in one classification to be changed to another classification.

From the left toolbar go to
Manage > Classifications

* Click “Reassign” button on right on row of classification you would like to reassign
* Select from the pull-down menu if you would like to change all persons assigned to that classification to another classification or if you would like them all to be unassigned.
Any groups which have the removed classification designated as a primary or secondary leader classification or as the default classification will be automatically updated to use the new classification.
* Click on “reassign Classification” or “Cancel”

To Remove a Classification

From the left toolbar go to
Manage > Classifications

* Click “Remove” button on right
