E-mail Support is available to all clients for Customer Care needs as well as Technical Support. Typically, you'll receive a response within 2 to 4 hours, but usually much quicker.

Connection Card is dedicated to keeping costs low for all of our clients. Additionally, we're still a small, growing company. For both of those reasons, e-mail is usually the best way to reach us. However, you are still more than welcome to call us with urgent custom service or technical support requests. We will do our best to reply to all requests as soon as possible.

Our technical support team is only able to provide support for using Connection Card or any features within the Connection Card service. We are unable to provide technical support or advice regarding any third-party products, including barcode scanners, computers, printers, etc.
